The Role

In this marketing role, you will audit, develop and coordinate all GSLI marketing initiatives to increase company revenue and maintain a strong brand presence in the marketplace and with our customers. You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams including Sales to develop creative strategies to drive new marketing initiatives internally while developing a positive brand image externally. You will also work closely with the GSLI leadership team and their support teams to provide impactful marketing content across GSLI’s media platforms. In addition, you will develop a new marketing playbook, including lead generation, networking and follow-up, prospect nurture, referral marketing and sales tracking for both the economic development and corporate site location divisions of GSLI. This role will be full-time and located in our Dallas office location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous marketing experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Spark or Canva is a plus
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising role preferred
  • Passionate about improving brand awareness and brand affinity
  • Experienced in visual, email and social media marketing
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritization in a dynamic environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excited to join a team that thrives on cross-functional engagement to achieve our objectives
  • Knowledge of KEAP CRM is a plus


  • Audit and analyze GSLI marketing content across all platforms
  • Develop and roll out a new marketing strategy for lead generation, including social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Define processes and execute a plan to automate lifecycle automation processes
  • Build a refined process for a system that attracts, captures and converts leads into paying customers through a repeatable process
  • Create content
  • Provide informed data and insights that align with key KPIs for revenue growth
  • Improve internal client experience and engagement through communications and content for Sales and Account Managers to utilize
  • Develop content for webinars and help
  • Assist in webinars and zoom presentations
  • Travel and represent GSLI at industry trade shows when needed
