In this session, CEO and Chairman, Eric Kleinsorge, introduces Project Blue HQ to various communities around the country to identify new executive offices for their global headquarters. The project discussed their needs, motivations and expectations for a submission.

Special Needs: Project wants to locate their headquarters to a more tax-friendly state. Shelter In Place Orders from COVID has made them realize they can do a lot of their work remotely and the need for their 25-man headquarters is not essential. They will need a 5-office location with a conference room. The location will need to be somewhat secure due to the nature of their federal contracts they secure. Taxes will be their #1 determining factor in this new location.
