ADAIRSVILLE, GA – July 13, 2023 – BroadRange Logistics, a dynamic and rapidly growing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) company with now close to 6 million square feet of space across 9 locations in 5 states, proudly announces the opening of its state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Adairsville, GA. This new addition marks the company’s second major expansion this year after Orlando (FL), underscoring BroadRange’s confident growth strategy and unwavering commitment to its clients.
The new facility in Adairsville, located at the convenient juncture of highway 140 and I-75 less than 30 minutes northwest of Metro Atlanta, is ready to cater to the diverse and dynamic needs of businesses big and small, providing a comprehensive suite of services: warehousing, inventory storage, and fulfillment among them.
Covering a vast area of over 691,667 square feet, the 2022 constructed building features 40 feet clear ceiling height, cross-dock configuration, 2,900+ square feet of office space, 177 trailer parking spaces, and is strategically located to easily access major transportation hubs. Its location in Adairsville positions it within close proximity to major markets like Atlanta and Chattanooga, benefitting clients with efficient and speedy connections to these key commercial centers. This is BroadRange’s fifth location in the Atlanta metro region where the company is headquartered.
“BroadRange Logistics is not your typical 3PL company. We are driven by our customer-focused approach and the commitment to flexibility,” says Ari Milstein, the CEO of BroadRange Logistics. “In an economic landscape full of uncertainties, companies are increasingly recognizing the value of a logistics partner like BroadRange which embraces adaptability.”
“Our customers need a third-party logistics (3PL) company that fits their mold and not the other way around especially when they are putting pedal to the metal. With our Adairsville warehouse, we will be offering our customers a large facility in the southeast US with less than 2 day reach to a vast majority of the US households with the service levels and care that’s hallmark for BroadRange – no matter how big or small they are”, said Jan Jones, the SVP of Sales at BroadRange Logistics.
BroadRange Logistics has earned its place as a leader in the logistics industry, with a network of warehouses in Houston, TX, Gouldsboro, PA, Indianapolis, IN, Apopka, FL, and the Atlanta, GA region. The company boasts an impressive client portfolio, having served some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands across a wide array of industries, including retail, automotive, solar, furniture, heavy industries, and tire manufacturing.
BroadRange Logistics’ tailored solutions have already propelled multiple clients to new efficiency heights. For instance, when a preeminent agricultural products manufacturer required 250,000 sq ft for their operations, BroadRange not only outpaced their procurement team to secure the space but also outlined a favorable sublease structure. This collaboration has since blossomed, with the firm now operating from a 750,000 sq ft space within BroadRange’s network.
Additionally, a major forklift manufacturer approached BroadRange with a temporary overflow storage need of up to 100,000 sq ft. Successfully sidestepping tight labor market constraints, the company now employs BroadRange’s 3PL services for efficient management of their product’s inbound and outbound flow.
“Our services go beyond providing space. We are an extension of the supply chain teams for our customers, extending to them the flexibility and scalability they need,” adds Ari Milstein. “With facilities like our new Adairsville warehouse, we’re not just growing as a company, we’re advancing the entire logistics industry. Our customers can rest easy knowing BroadRange Logistics is the last warehousing partner they will ever need.”
The new warehouse is fully operational and is enrolling clients starting today. In the journey to shape the future of logistics, BroadRange is showing it is not just keeping pace with the evolving industry, but leading the charge.
